Happy Holidays! As we close out 2016, we want to thank you for your partnership as together we helped raise over $220 MILLION! This year also brought new products including the release of SmartPay® Anywhere, anonymous donations, ticketing promo codes and direct integration with Salesforce.
As we look to 2017, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve raised $6M in funding to significantly accelerate product development for our mobile fundraising platform, payment processing, and analytics suite. We will also continue to develop innovative solutions opening up new opportunities in peer-to-peer fundraising for events such as runs, walks and rides.

Congrats on another year of #GivingTuesday success! We were thrilled to watch so many of you creatively use your online BidPal Giving Centers and Text2Give® tools to engage donors on November 29, including:
Multi-Media. Home of the Sparrow used the BidPal Giving Tuesday Giving Center Template design yet still personalized it to match their mission. The use of the hashtag #GivingHopeTuesday, social media links, photos and a video all helped brand the site and align it to Home of the Sparrow’s mission. Multiple Calls to Action made it very easy for supporters to engage Home of the Sparrow – via donations, volunteer sign up, AmazonSmile shopping and more.
More Than Just One Day. The National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (NKFWI) got a head start on Giving Tuesday fundraising by promoting online shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday via AmazonSmile. For any purchase made at smile.amazon.com, Amazon will donate to your identified charity. Using the hashtag #StartWithaSmile, NKFWI was able to take advantage of discounted holiday shopping without asking supporters for a donation.
February is American Heart Month which, coincidentally, includes Valentine’s Day on February 14. Take advantage of the media attention that will be dedicated to these events to raise awareness and collect donations for your cause!

Earlier this year, BidPal began a partnership with TechPoint Foundation for Youth to raise $30,000 as part of the US2020 program, which is focused on teaching Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) to Indiana’s underserved K-12 students.
Supporting STEM programs is critical to software companies like BidPal because we allocate the majority of our workforce to STEM-based positions. This initiative is part of BidPal’s ongoing commitment to support our communities through our PhilanthroPal Program, providing BidPal staff paid leave to volunteer with local organizations.
